🏡 About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Specialist (US-based) to manage our Twitter account, engage with our community, create content, and help grow our user base. You will work closely with our founders and marketing team. The ideal candidate is thoroughly versed in Twitter and the communities, projects, and influencers relevant to both Web3 and real estate. Responsibilities will include:
- Create, publish and share new content (including original text, images, and video) on a daily basis that helps grow and engage the BHR community
- Grow our user base and increase social metrics and traffic
- Build relationships with community members, influencers, and potential partners to boost awareness and engagement
- Use a consistent voice that aligns with our brand while communicating across all channels
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, ensuring they align with the KPIs central to community growth and user acquisition
- Stay current with industry news, trends, launches, best practices, etc.

- You have a deep understanding/interest in real estate
- A shared passion for what we are building
- You live on social media, especially Twitter
- Proven experience driving rapid growth on Twitter and other top social media platforms
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English
- Your content is clear, witty, and concise at all times
- Proven experience with communications in an established agency, an in-house team, freelance, or a similar role
- Deep understanding of how to best leverage Twitter, but enough flexibility to engage on other mediums (eg, Reddit, TikTok, LinkedIn)
